Upon receiving the product, please check its quality before payment. If you receive a pre-paid item with defects, contact us.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If the item doesn't suit you or you encounter any issues, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of purchase. Contact us, and we'll assist in resolving the issue to ensure your satisfaction.
The buyer covers the cost of return or exchange shipping. Refunds are processed within 1-3 working days after receiving the item. If the reason for return or exchange is a manufacturing defect, we cover the shipping.
